DO YOU DO RUSH ORDERS?
NO ... it is not fair to our clients who have paid for their order with an expected ship date, to put other persons orders ahead of theirs for any reason. If we allowed this, the clients who have expected ship dates would not be met. We make every effort to complete every order in a reasonable amount of time.

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG?
NO ... our products change regularly, so it would not be feasible to produce a catalog that would represent our product line accurately. Our website is the best way for us to keep our information as up to date as possible, and available for our clients to view.

DO YOU OFFER TEAM DISCOUNTS?
Our custom products are hand made and we have priced our products as low as possible for everyone weather you order 1 item or 100. We do offer CUSTOM CHEER PACKAGES with discounted pricing!

CUSTOM CHEER PACKAGES offer you a combination of our products at a discounted price. You must order a minimum of 12 packages, consisting of a minimum of three items. For example: shoes, socks and Hair bows; or brief, leotard and a bag; etc. Go to TEAM ORDERS or contact us for more information.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Processing time begins AFTER payment is received. If you are paying with a check, processing time begins AFTER the check has cleared the bank (usually 10 to 14 days). Custom orders are completed within 2 to 4 weeks depending on the time of year.

CAN I PAY WITH A SCHOOL OR BOOSTER CLUB CHECK?
Yes ... processing time will begin once the check CLEARS the bank. This may take 10 to 14 days.

DO YOU TAKE PURCHASE ORDERS?
NO ... But we will be glad to email or fax you an invoice to your school or organization.

CAN I ORDER NOW AND PAY LATER?
Sorry ... we must receive payment in full before processing of your order begins. We are not able to offer credit or net terms of any kind.

CAN YOU HELP ME MAKE MY OWN HAIR BOWS?
Sorry ... It has taken us years to develop and produce a quality product. It would not be in our best interest to share our trade secrets.

MY HAIR BOW PONY ELASTIC OR CLIP BROKE. WILL YOU FIX IT OR REPLACE IT?
Sorry ... pony elastics and clips on hair bows are not guaranteed not to break. Even under the best circumstances, they will eventually break. We are not responsible for broken hair bow pony elastics or clips and we will not repair or replace bows, ponytail elastics or clips, when they break. You may purchase clips, ponytail elastics and ribbon from us and repair them yourself, or send them to us, and we will repair them for a fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

CAN I PURCHASE HAIR RIBBON OR FABRIC FROM YOU SO I CAN MAKE MY OWN PRODUCTS?
Yes ... but at the present time, we do not offer this on our website. Our ribbon and fabrics displayed on our webiste are available for purchase. Contact us for more information.
