LOST PACKAGES

On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, a package may not arrive at its destination. We will provide you with any tracking information we have to assist you in locating your package. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping company to locate your package. Once your package leaves our office, it is the shipping companies responsibility to get it to you.
