ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours in the order they are received-excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed and ship out of our office Monday through Friday only. When figuring when to expect your order, please add the processing time to the shipping days. Most clients receive their order in 7 business days or less depending where you are in the country in relation to us (we are in Pennsylvania) unless custom products were ordered. When sellecting your shipping method, please make sure you allow enough time for the shipping if you have a time crunch. We are in Pennsylvania. The further away you are from us, the longer it will take for your product to arrive.

If your order contains "Custom" products, please check the "PRODUCTION SCHEDULE" for more information.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday, are not processed until the following Monday at the earliest. We do not count Saturday and Sunday as "shipping" or processing days, so please allow the alloted number of week days to receive your items. Example: overnight orders placed on Friday would not be processed until Monday at the earliest. During December, shipping may take longer due to the increase of shipments occuring at the shipping centers.

IF YOU NEED AN ITEM BY A PARTICULAR DATE, please contact us or let us know in the comments area when you place your order, and we will make every effort to meet your needs.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: There are times when certain items are out of stock, and expected in within a few days. We may hold your order until these items are in so your order can ship complete. If you DO NOT want us to hold your order, and ship it partially complete, you may specify that on the comments section in the order page.

Out of stock items ship in about 7 to 10 business days. We make every effort to ship as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders. You will be responsible to contact the shipping company regarding lost or damaged goods.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES. The return shipment on such orders can take up to 3 to 4 weeks.

Many of our products are MADE TO ORDER. These products take several weeks to produce - depending on the time of year (this does not include shipping time).

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID UP FRONT BEFORE THEY ARE PROCESSED. SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS.
