PRODUCTION TIME OF CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

We pride ourselves in the quality of our products, and the large selection of fabric choices we offer. Our products are hand made by Cheer Bows and More employees, in the USA and are ONLY available on this website.

PRODUCTION TIMES: March through July - 2 to 3 weeks; August through February - 3 to 4 weeks. These are estimated production times. Actual time is determined on the size of the orders currently in production. If you want to know the current production time, please call or email us.

The size of your order doesn't necessarily determine the production time of your order. Smaller orders are not produced before larger orders - they have the same production time. All orders are produced in the order they are received. It it not fair to our clients to process smaller orders before larger one. Significantly larger orders will take longer to produce.

The shipping option you sellect will not speed up the production of your order. It will only effect the delivery time once the order is shipped. Selecting express shipping only expedites the shipping, not the production of your order.

If you are ordering sample products, please include a note on your order and we will make every effort to produce it as soon as possible.

If you have ordered products from us in the past, and have an emergency that you need a replacement product, please contact us and we will make every effort to get your product to you as quickly as possible.

EXCEPTION: There are times we have a few products pre-made and in stock. This enables us to ship some smaller orders or sample pieces sooner than the above production schedule states.

CANCELLATIONS: Orders that are placed and are changed or cancelled for any reason, must be done within 48 hours of the date the order was placed. All cancellations or changes must be made in writing. Information must be faxed (814-835-9449) to us with a copy of your original order. The name the order was placed under and the order number must be on the fax. All orders changed or cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Cheer Bows and More reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders by unreasonable customers at any time.

REFUSED PACKAGES: Are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
