custom products are non-returnable.
These products are made to the specifications of the customer. We
do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our custom products
that are made to the specifications of the customer.
PLEASE BE ADVISED
THAT NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees unless we made an
error with the order.
INCORRECT ORDERS:
If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us within
5 (five) days of your receiving your products for a return authorization
number. Please note - if apparel does not fit right, but it is the
size you ordered, this does not qualify as an error on our part.
Please check the sizing chart for the items you are purchasing BEFORE
you place your order.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
If you receive a defective product please email
us within 5 (five) days of your receiving your products for
a return authorization number. Broken ponytail holders or clips
on hair bows is not considered a defect. They will break with usage.
These are NOT guaranteed not to break. If apparel does not fit right,
but it is the size you ordered, this does not qualify as a defect.
Please check the sizing chart for the items you are purchasing BEFORE
you place your order. If cosmetics are not the color you expected,
but you received the color you ordered, this is not considered a
defect.
HAIR BOWS:
All hair bows are custom made specifically for you! They are non-returnable
and non-exchangeable. If you are unsure of a color or size,
you can order a sample piece. We also have fabric and ribbon samples
available upon request.
UNDERGARMENTS:
All undergarments, athletic briefs, boy-cut briefs are not
returnable for the protection of our customers due to the
intimate nature of the products.
OTHER PRODUCTS:
Tags must be attached to all products, and all packaging materials
must be included with the item being returned or exchanged. Do not
use the box that shoes come in to return them in. You will be charged
a 15% restocking fee if the shoe box is damaged. Cosmetics,
Uniforms, Pom Pons, are not returnable unless they
are defective.
CANCELLTIONS
AND ORDER CHANGES: Orders that need to be canceled or changed
for any reason, must be canceled or changed within 48 hours of the
original date the order was placed. ALL cancellations or changes
must be in WRITING via email or fax (814-835-9449). A copy of your
order, or the order number, name, address and email address must
be included in the cancellation/order change notice.
Orders canceled or changed after the 48 hour period will be subject
to a 25% restocking fee.
DISCLAIMER:
Ponytail holders and clips will break eventually even under
the best circumstances. We are not responsible for broken attachments
(ponytail holders/clips) and will not repair or replace bows with
broken attachments. Colors
shown throughout our website may vary due to differences in monitors
and printers. Fabric samples for custom made items, and ribbon samples
for hair bows are available upon request to ensure you are ordering
the color you need. Performance fabrics will dull or fade, and sequins
will come off with washing and wear.
REFUSED
PACKAGES: Customer is responsible for all shipping
charges and a 15% re-stocking fee for refused packages. Please check
the PRODUCTION SCHEDULE of ALL CUSTOM ITEMS BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR
ORDER.

and More retains the right to refuse or cancel any order by a problem
customer or a customer who is being unreasonable about their order.
Please note: Sometimes we make mistakes and we will do everything
we can to fix those mistakes when they occur as quickly as possible.
We will work with our customer to correct any errors that have occured.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders by customer
who are being unreasonable.
