Upon checkout, the shopping cart will provide you with various shipping options. The below listed shipping times DO NOT include order processing time. Please add the processing time (24 to 48 hours) to the shipping time to determine when to expect your order.

SHIPPING OPTIONS THAT WILL APPEAR IN YOUR SHOPPING CART:

• STANDARD SHIPPING - USPS Shipping - includes delivery confirmation; 3 to 7 business days delivery, depending on where you are in the country in relation to us (we are in Pennsylvaia)..
• EXPRESS - USPS Express Shipping - includes insurance and is trackable - 1-3 business days delivery depending on where you are in the country in relation to us (we are in Pennsylvania).
• NEXT DAY - You must contact us directly if you need this option. Because many of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, NEXT DAY shipping rates will vary. Contact us for more information regarding this service. Next day shipments must be completed by 12:00 noon EST to ship out that day.
• A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED ON ALL ORDERS OVER $200.00

There are times when, because of the weight of your products, or the distance away from our showroom we are shipping it, that we have to charge additional shipping for your products. You will be contacted if this situation arises.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders. You will be responsible to contact the shipping company regarding lost or damaged goods.
