Shipping and Ordering Information

CHEER BOWS AND MORE make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible.
  • ORDERING: When placing your order, be sure to allow for appropriate processing and shipping time so you receive your order when you need it. Many of our products are NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. Please review your order carefully to ensure it is accurate BEFORE you submit it. If you are unsure about a product, please CONTACT US and we will be happy to assist you.
  • PROCESSING: Orders are processed in the order they are received, within 24 to 48 hours of our receiving the order (excluding weekends, holidays and vacations). We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged orders. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping company to resolve any shipping issues. All orders are shipped with tracking.
  • PROCESSING OF CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Depending on the product, custom products can take up to 4 weeks to produce. The time of year can shorten this time frame. CLICK HERE for more information or contact us.
  • PAYMENT: All orders must be paid in full BEFORE they are processed. We use Paypal as our SECURE payment processor. You do not have to have a Paypal account to complete your purchase. You can pay with a credit or debit card, or Paypal if you choose.
  • PAYMENT BY CHECK: Please allow 10 to 14 days for checks to clear the bank BEFORE your products are produced and/or shipped.
  • TEAM/SCHOOL ORDERS: Sorry, we do not accept purchase orders. We will gladly issue an invoice to make payment by check or money order. Please contact us for more information on how to place team orders.
  • RETURNS: Please see our RETURNS page for details on returns.
  • NEED A PRODUCT BY A PARTICULAR DATE: Please contact us or let us know in the comments area of your order if you need something by a certain time. We will be happy to do what we can to meet your needs.
  • OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: There are times when an order is out of stock, but expected in within a few days. We may hold your order, and ship it complete once the item(s) arrive. If you DO NOT want us to hold your order, please indicate that in the comments section of your order page. Out of stock items usually ship in 7 to 10 business days.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND EMAIL ADDRESS ARE CORRECT. Incorrect information will delay the arrival of your order. If your order is returned to us, it can take up to 3-4 weeks to rectify the situation. For security reasons, we prefer to communicate through email to ensure there are no misunderstanding in communications.

SHIPPING - we are located in Pennsylvania.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excepting Holidays and Vacations).
  • STANDARD SHIPPING: USPS First Class Mail. Includes tracking and can take 3 to 7 business days to arrive at its destination, depending on your location in relation to us, and the hours of your local post office.
  • PRIORITY MAIL: USPS Priority Mail. Includes tracking and can take 2 to 3 business days to arrive at its destination, depending on your location in relation to us, and the hours of your local post office.
  • EXPRESS MAIL: USPS Express Mail. Includes tracking and can take 1 to 3 business days to arrive at its destination, depending on your location in relation to us, and the hours of your local post office.
  • SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES: There are times when, because of the weight of your purchase, or the distance away from us, when we have to charge an additional shipping fee for your purchase. These situations are rare, but have occurred. You will be notified BEFORE your order is completed if there will be additional shipping charges.
  • LOST/DAMAGED/STOLEN ORDERS: We are not responsible for any order that is lost, stolen or damaged. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping company regarding these issues.
